Shipping Policy
Each Cla jewellery is handcrafted to your order and may require up to 2 weeks to produce and pack before shipping. You will receive an email containing an estimated delivery date and a tracking code once your order is dispatched.
Please note that Cla cannot be held liable for incorrect deliveries due to information input errors, or any late deliveries caused by third-party couriers. We also cannot refund or replace order that have been scanned as delivered.
We currently ship to addresses within Indonesia only. Please subscribe to our newsletter to know when we begin shipping to your country.
Orders within Indonesia
We offer complimentary shipping on orders amounting to or over IDR 3,000,000. Orders below IDR 3,000,000 will incur a delivery rate of IDR 35,000 for Jabodetabek locations, and IDR 75,000 for other areas within Indonesia.
All domestic orders will be sent via RPX NextDay Package, where possible. While we endeavour to deliver our orders to any location in Indonesia, please be aware that our shipping coverage is limited to RPX’s service network. Our team will be in touch with you should there be an issue with delivery to your chosen mailing address and you will have the option of cancelling the order or providing us with a different address.
For your peace of mind, every purchase is insured by Cla during the time in transit until it is delivered to you. Signature upon delivery is required for all orders. Please note the responsibility passes to you when the delivery is signed.

Returns & Repairs
As all of our items are made to your order, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges due to change of mind or incorrect sizing. Please refer to our Ring Size Guide for help in determining your ring size.
In the rare occasion that you receive an item that is not in perfect condition, we will be happy to replace the original item – given that you notify us within 7 days after receiving your order.
To notify us of a faulty product, please contact us and include the below information:
– Your order number
– Your full name and delivery address
– Photographic evidence of the fault along with a brief description
Please note that wear and tear during the course of normal use is not considered a fault. Cla jewellery is delicate in nature and should be handled carefully.
If you have damaged your product in an accident or through sustained and long-term use, please contact us with the above information, as it is likely that we will be able to repair it for you at a small fee. This fee will be invoiced to you via email and the work will commence once payment is received.
Cancellations & Changes to Your Order
If you have changed your mind and would like to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. However, please note that we are unable to cancel orders that have already been handcrafted and/or dispatched.
