Pure gold is incredibly soft and can be easily bent or damaged. For this reason, gold is often alloyed with other metals such as copper, silver, zinc and nickel to make it durable for everyday wear.

Karat (k) is the measure used to describe the amount of pure gold versus the amount of added alloys and is expressed in 24ths – making 24k gold, 100% gold.

All our pieces are handcrafted in solid 18k gold, which is composed of 75% gold and 25% other metals, to ensure good durability whilst maintaining a high level of gold purity.

We offer three different gold finishes – yellow, rose and white.
